What is Star, MCC's website receptionist?
Star is MCC's live website receptionist: a grounded assistant that explains services, recommends interactive demos and projects, and helps visitors choose Request Information or Start a Project. It is also a working example of the kind of intelligent assistant MCC builds for businesses.
Can MCC build an AI chatbot or internal assistant in the Netherlands?
Yes. MCC builds grounded assistants and agents for business workflows: internal knowledge, support, document questions, and website reception. Star on this site is a live example. A production assistant for your company still needs discovery of systems, permissions, and where a person approves the answer.
Does Star use my conversation to train a model?
No. Questions are processed on MCC's server to retrieve approved site content and compose an answer. Conversations are not stored as a permanent archive and are not sent to a third-party model provider.
