MCC Living Intelligence Platform

This website: a multilingual Next.js experience with cinematic video, an interactive layered interface, responsive navigation, Star, and labelled software demos.

Domain

Web experience / product engineering

Role

Design system, frontend architecture, CSS spatial interaction, localization

Stack

Next.js · React · TypeScript · CSS · next-intl · Playwright

Context

A platform-agnostic AI automation studio needs a site that does more than describe the work; it has to behave like the systems it builds. A generic template would say the opposite of the pitch.

Problem

The site had to prove capability in seconds and hold up under scrutiny: fast, accessible, multilingual, and genuinely interactive, without the motion becoming decoration that hurts usability.

Architecture

Design system

Tokens for color, type, spacing, motion, and MCC spatial primitives

Component architecture

Typed React components on a token-driven CSS system

Cinematic environment

Wide video composition, playback controls and a still reading state

Spatial interface

Interactive CSS layers with touch controls and a reduced-motion alternative

Verification

Automated tests are included; each deployment still requires its own verification.

Engineering
  • Next.js App Router with strict TypeScript and a token-driven CSS design system
  • Interactive CSS layers with touch controls and a reduced-motion alternative
  • Cursor Intelligence and scroll-driven motion that degrade safely without JS
  • Five fully localized locales (EN/PT/IT/ES/NL) with localized SEO
  • Interactive, sample-data demos behind a reusable product shell
  • Automated tests are included; each deployment still requires its own verification.
Outcome

A working portfolio experience that lets visitors explore the interface, try software demos and discuss a project.
